Here at Sierra Youth Sports, we play competitive, fast pitch girls softball! We focus on development and fundamental skills training, as well as sportsmanship. We play Little League softball, and we are a part of District 51, and we interleague with Palmdale, Lancaster, Quartz Hill and Rosamond. Below are the division age groups. Please reach out to our softball president, Nick Coonis, with any questions.

League Age? Your child's "League Age" is her age on December 31st of the previous here. (example, for spring of 2025, her league age is whatever age she was on December 31st 2024.)

Under 7: Girls 6 and under can play in our coed toddler baseball divisions.
Minor Division: 7-10 years old (11 and 12 year olds with less experience may play in this division as well. 12 year olds cannot pitch.)
Major Division: 11-12 years old (9 and 10 year olds can play up in this division if they are more advanced.)
Junior Division: 12-14 years old
Senior Division: 13-16 years old

Bats: Bats must have the BPF 1.20 stamp on them
Gloves: All leather gloves are highly recommended.
Helmets: Helmets with face guards are highly recommended
Cleat: NO METAL CLEATS allowed
